- Conduct product tests to demonstrate compliance with specified characteristics outlined in the test plan.
- Adhere to company procedures to thoroughly document test results for clear traceability.
- Identify product defects and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
- Handle provided measuring equipment with care and report any equipment issues, including calibration needs.
- Generate and verify test materials and testing aids.
- Perform good receipt, intermediate, and final inspections following the provided worklist to process and, upon a positive assessment, perform warehouse access booking.
- Approve product deliveries for release.
- Operate and program 3D coordinate measuring machines.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Preferred experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 certified Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP, is desired.
- Active IPC-610 (completed training within the past 2 years) preferred.
- Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and the ability to read engineering drawings.
- Experience with mechanical inspection tools, including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), vision systems, verniers, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, gauge pins, etc.
