Job summary
The Monitor ensures that individuals with disabilities are boarding and unloading from vans safely and are required to engage with people served during transit and monitor them for medical and behavioral issues during transport.- Assist all passengers in entering and exiting the vehicle from inside the vehicle.
- Ensure all passengers have properly secured seatbelts and/or are secured in their wheelchairs (if applicable).
