    Recruit Secure is collaborating with a very stable and successful for-profit Healthcare organization that is seeking an experienced, dynamic and energetic Regional RN for direct hire.

    The company owns multiple Skilled Nursing Homes in the NY Metro area (Brooklyn and Queens).The Regional RN will be responsible for the leadership and oversight of the Nursing Staff that supports these facilities.

    The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in staff leadership, mentoring, quality improvement programs, planning, and clinical program development and implementation.

    The Regional RN should have a solid understanding of clinical operations, possess a strong ability to work with and develop teams, and have an in-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and protocols in the healthcare industry and specifically, with long-term care facilities.

    The salary for this position is dependent on experience and qualifications. An excellent benefits package is included.

    Responsibilities:
    The Regional RN is responsible to support the Director of Nursing in each facility for the region. Assists in hiring, training, and mentoring Directors of Nursing, and Assistant Directors.
    Oversees the operational efficiency and quality of clinical services provided to each facility.

    Oversight and monitoring of best practices and Standards of Care outcomes, safety, and risk managementEnsures compliance with all State, Federal, and corporate regulations, policies, and procedures.


    Requirements/Skills:
    in a Supervisory/Management role.
    BS or BA in Nursing - strongly preferred5 years' of experience in a direct management role is required. Prior experience with training and establishing and overseeing care plans.

    At least 3 years of experience working in Skilled Nursing HomesStrong interpersonal skills; able to deal effectively with diverse skill sets and personalities.

    A strong desire to see each Director succeed in meeting corporate and personal objectives.
