    Job Responsibilities

    Design and build meaningful financial analyses to aid business decision-making, including profitability, expense, M&A, trend and all manner of ad hoc analyses.

    Prepare financial and operational reporting packages, including variance analysis, metrics/KPIs, and data visualization.
    Design and build reports that help monitor financial performance relative to strategic goals and objectives
    Hold periodic meeting reviews with leaders and help identify areas for improvement
    Assist in preparation of management presentations
    Help build financial models in support of resource management and price optimization
    Responsible for accurate data inputs into financial and planning models.
    Develop an expertise in Armanino's key financial systems and provide support to Finance counterpart departments
    Develop and maintain positive working relationships with peers, providing and receiving training as needed.
    Effectively communicate with your internal clients, the firm's leaders.
    Work in a collaborative and fast paced environment.
    Requirements
    Minimum 4 years' of relevant experience in financial analysis.
    Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
    Self-starter, able to formulate and conduct analysis with minimal supervision and get work done.
    Serious expertise in MS Excel, familiarity with finance/ERP platforms and forecasting/CPM/BI platforms.

    Compensation Range for this position:
    $120,000 - $140,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
