    Job Description

    Job Summary

    The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for overseeing, improving, and upgrading the IT networks in an organization to help guide the long-term vision and strategy for the IT organization.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing enterprise architecture models, as well as a strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.

    As a key member of the IT organization, the Enterprise Architect will work closely with stakeholders across the enterprise and managerial personnel to create an IT infrastructure that aligns with the business' organizational structure and processes.

    This position offer a hybrid schedule.
    Job Responsibilities
    Responsible for designing and developing IT architecture solutions (integrated process, applications, data and technology) to ensure integrated architecture across interdependent technologies and alignment with enterprise architecture standards
    Evaluating internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes and suggesting improvements.
    Creating business architecture models to reflect the organization's strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals.
    Evaluating systems engineering, talent recruiting, and accounting models for discrepancies and vulnerabilities
    Creating methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management, and change control.
    Determining

    and implementing build versus buy strategies, mentor personnel, and views of the overall business strategy.
    Performs a range of assignments and may lead projects within own discipline
    Applies working knowledge of business and best practices gained through understanding of key business drivers and recognition of how own area integrates within organization
    Works within broad guidelines and polices to accomplish objectives and goals
    Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents
    Explains complex and/or sensitive information in a straightforward manner
    Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members
    Individual contributor working with limited oversight
    Performs all other duties as assigned by management

    Education
    Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
    Togaf

    certification is preferred

    Experience
    Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
