Description

Monitor and ensure the application of a common program structure in the implementation of value creation levers across the program and organization.

In collaboration with senior management, ensure that a timely program/project plan is prepared and executed to provide the necessary support for the timely delivery of the plans.

Orchestrate the transformation community to ensure appropriate governance and effectiveness in delivering results.

Effectively manage the resolution and escalation of complex business or project risks to avoid negative impacts on the transformation program.

Providing feedback for process improvements, experiences, program improvements and strategic direction to the companies.
Creating a platform for sharing best practices between different countries and projects.

Actively manage and monitor the critical path of the program and roadmap to proactively identify and address potential risks and issues in a timely manner.

Formulation of objectives and tracking of program/project milestones to ensure that the results of the transformation portfolio are consistent with forecasts/budget commitments
This is what you bring with you

At least 10 years experience
Experience with restructuring, preferably in consulting, is a must
A program/project management certification (PMP, Agile, Six Sigma)
Advanced Excel skills, including setup for tracking milestones
Extensive experience in change management
Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
Time spent in matrix organizations
Strong communication skills in person, via email and in presentations, with a creative and fresh approach to understanding and communicating concepts
Ability to interact with different levels of management and across cultural boundaries
A proactive personality with the ability to question established thought patterns, deal with conflict and have a high degree of autonomy
The ability to apply principles to solve problems and deal with a variety of variables
Detailed and goal-oriented way of working to meet deadlines in a complex environment while adhering to budget requirements
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English, with any other language a plus
