    Supervises warehouse crew with focus on increasing productivity while maintaining quality

    Essential Duties:
    Prints pick sheets, invoices, and other warehouse documentsCoordinates bottle deliveries with Planning, Plant, Distribution and bottle vendorCoordinates delivery of supplies to PlantCoordinates trailer moves with Dispatch and PlantCoordinate plant trailer moves, includes moving trailers with yard equipmentTracks performance, trains, and monitors attendance of warehouse associatesPost Daily and Weekly Performance chartsConduct meetings to explain policies, practices, and proceduresLoad trucks, pick batches including unloading trucks, rotating inventory, and assisting warehouse associates as neededAssists in inventory controlResponsible for cleanliness of warehouse and Maintains a safe and efficient working environmentOther duties may be assignedQualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceCDLLift-truck operator certificate
