    WHO we're looking for:

    We are looking for a Marketing Manager - B2B/B2C Memory who will be responsible for leading the go-to-market planning and integrated marketing planning supporting Memory (Portable SSD, Internal SSD, Memory Card) enterprise business across key strategic verticals, products and solutions with a full campaign plan, execution and reporting functions.

    You will work as a partner with our direct sales team and product leads to identify priority markets and customer segments, understand the addressable market opportunity with market share potential for the products and solutions, develop marketing and sales strategies and campaigns with metrics (MQLs, SQLs, SAL, BOs) and reporting coupled with enablement plans to drive revenue and market share growth.

    The role will require strong leadership and project management skills to work with the team to develop integrated campaigns and plans that can include activities such as ABM, digital marketing, content creation, CRM, trade shows, advertising, social campaign, enablement and PR.

    You will monitor and manage metrics associated with campaigns demonstrating ROI, identifying data and analytics that can be used in refining campaigns, developing new campaigns and enabling the sellers with marketing intelligence to better target and respond to customer engagement with a goal of improving close rates and reducing the sales cycle. In addition, you will manage budgets and policies and provide executive summaries demonstrating campaign progress and success against metrics.

    You will also drive creative asset management for B2B/B2C, working closely with our Product team. If channel team needs specific assets for a retail partner, you would work closely with the retail partner and product team to develop/resize/localize assets.

    You will need to be passionate not just about B2B/B2C and the company, but also about market trending technology and other present and upcoming business opportunities.

    Role and Responsibilities:
    • Partner with our direct sales/account teams and product leads to identify priority markets and customer segments.
    • Identify key customer targets, understand buyers' habits/needs in order to develop comprehensive marketing plans to generate marketing qualified leads.
    • Develop marketing and sales strategies and campaigns with metrics (MQLs, SQLs, SAL, BOs) and reporting, to drive revenue and market share growth.
    • Develop and secure budgets that support execution of the strategy.
    • Manage marketing campaigns to support verticals, product launches and solutions.
    • Manage campaigns, events, programs, and materials for specific customer markets.
    • Provides content, promotional materials, press releases, and product information (data sheets, brochures, etc.) working with agencies and other teams in the business.
    • Develops marketing dashboard with B2B/B2C analytics including marketing qualified leads, funnel management and win analysis.
    • Creates the annual budget for marketing initiatives connected with the role.
    • Manage the budget from approval to performance tracking with the appropriate ROI metrics.
    Required Experience and Education:
    • Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of directly related experience is required.
    • MBA preferred.
    • Prior experience in marketing, product marketing, and project management required.
    • Prior experience in B2B/B2C marketing is required.
    • Experience working with partners on joint GTM plans, product launches and verticals.
    • Must have experience with Microsoft Office and extensive use of Windows OS.
    • Excellent dominion of PowerPoint and Excel required.

    Physical Demands:

Specific vision abilities required by the job include ability to distinguish the nature of objects by using the eye. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.

    Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
