    Overview:

    This role is the technical arm of account management and will be responsible for the delivery and execution of client and business-driven requests for a catalog of accounts. As a Client Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day account support including but not limited to client requests and issues, program maintenance, troubleshooting and data-driven business development.

    Responsibilities:

    Program Maintenance:

    • Support for various systems setup and updates internal systems
    • Support for client and internal department requests
    • Support creation of technical/platform/process documentation

    General Client Support:

    • Know the company history, products, and services
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
    • 90% English level.
    • 1-2 Years Account Management / Client Services Experience preferred
    • Proficiency with technology and/or technical certifications preferred
    • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; organizational skills
    • Demonstrate initiative and ability to make decisions
    • Problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
    • Proven presentation skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
