Job Title: Estimator

Reporting to: Chief Estimator

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute estimate plans for assigned projects in accordance with company procedures.
• Analyze take-off conditions and document interpretations, providing analysis to management for guidance.
• Conduct accurate and efficient take-offs following company procedures.
• Facilitate communication between management and various vendor/subcontractor groups by preparing, coordinating, and conveying project-related instructions, information, questions, and clarifications.
• Ensure consistency in document scope and take-offs, providing guidance to the estimating department as needed.
• Review estimates for accuracy and completeness before bid submission.
• Complete any other assignments as directed by supervisor.
• Update trade take-offs as necessary throughout the bidding process and provide complete prints to the chief/lead estimator for incorporation into the bid.
