The Store Manager is responsible for managing all daily operations of our restaurant. Those duties include but are not limited to; creating and publishing weekly schedules for the store and maintaining adequate staffing levels, the selection, development and performance management of the entire staff at the store, overseeing the inventory and ordering of all food and supplies, optimize profits, maintain cost of goods standards, focus on sales targets and ensure that guests are extremely satisfied with their dining experience. Leading the team on all operations, assigning tasks, opening and closing the store, ensuring checklists are finished daily, taking orders from customers, helping answer any questions they might have about our all organic juice, smoothies, bowls, cleanse programs, coffee and tea, preparing various beverages and food items for customers. Twice weekly bank runs and store supply shopping as needed. The Store Manager reports directly to the Owner.
Pay: $26.00 per hour
