Qualifications:
Experience with defense training command IT systems, with a special focus on C4I systems simulation and operationAbility to lead coordination and execution of LVC Fleet Synthetic Training (FST) eventsKnowledge in leading analysis efforts on highly complex problems or mission-specific operational problems, directing technical teams on operational and/or developmental projects throughout the system life cycle (development of requirements to final delivery)

Requirements:
Active Secret Security ClearanceBachelor's degree with seven (7) years of experience supporting Training Activities or similar systems/organizations and shows increasing levels of responsibilityExperience with training command IT systems, with a special focus on C4I systems simulation and operation

Desired Certifications:
Program Management Professional (PMP)
