    Position Summary

    The Employee Engagement Specialist is a critical role in the selection decision a

    nd retention of top talent for based on our client specific needs.

    Primary Responsibilities and Duties
    Be a subject matter expert of all client specific requirements and information for current open positions based on utilization of Client Profile Form (CPF) and Open Position List (OPL)
    Actively participate in discussions related to open roles and gain a clear understanding of specific requirements with members of Operation, HR, and TA teams
    Build excellent relationships with internal / external candidates, using superior communication and customer service skills to provide positive and engaging experiences
    Extend Job offers and review CPF with candidate to ensure candidate understanding of expectations for success
    Maintain candidate databases via our Applicant Tracking System and Open Position Log (OPLs)
    Champion the Red-Carpet Client Profile Forms, providing upkeep to ensure the forms are maintained and current
    Ensure employee logistics have been completed to include uniform, CPF, and schedule
    Build and Foster meaningful relationships with new hires and existing employees
    Execute and coordinate first 90-day talent touchpoints to include New hire call within 48 hours, 30-day survey call, 60-day email, and 90-day survey call to enhance the employee experience throughout the employee life cycle
    Track and analyze all employee communications, engagement activities, concerns, and work to resolve with applicable member of Operations
    Handles all matters with confidentiality and professionalism
    Must be available to take calls after regular business hours
    Must be available to attend weekly after business hour site visits with new security officers
    Maintain accurate records regarding effective communication with newly assigned officers

    Optimal Education and/or Experience

    Bachelor's degree in Business Related field is requested
    Human Resources or management experience in a multi-site, high volume, tactically focused organization is desirable
    Experience in a service environment is a plus
    Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
    Additional Requirements

    Pass an extensive background screening which includes, but is not limited to, criminal background checks (local, state, and federal), drug test, aptitude tests, skills assessment, interviews, and personality profile (behavioral assessment)
    Tech-savvy with experience in both proprietary and mass market systems
    Must be at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
    Legally authorized to work in the United States
