    Credit Card Dispute Analyst - North Phoenix

    You will be resolving Credit Card Disputes within regulatory guidelines.


    Requirements:
    1 year of customer contact experience in a financial services organization including dispute processing and back-office experience
    1 year of Dispute experience processing in VROL, Visa Online, Mastercard or American Express
    1 year of experience processing credit card chargebacks (AMEX, VISA, or MC).
    AMEX processing is preferred but not required
    1 year of working with chargeback reason codes for AMEX, Visa or Mastercard
    Reg Z experience/knowledge
    1 year of analytical problem-solving experience.
    Experience with MS Office
    Goal and productivity-oriented

    Work Schedule:
    Flex - 7-4/ local time
