    Job Summary and Qualifications

    As a Radiology Technologist ARRT, your key responsibilities will include:

    Obtaining quality diagnostic images

    Scanning labels and documenting appropriately

    Resolving QA issues in a timely manner

    Ensuring images are released to radiologists in a timely manner

    Verifying orders are valid and entered correctly

    Transporting patients as needed

    Requirements

    Graduate of an accredited or registered School of Radiology is required

    Current registration with A.R.R.T. is required

    Current certification with the Texas Department of Health (CMRT) is required

    American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification is required

    One year of previous experience in a hospital environment is preferred
