compressors generators fans Troubleshoot repairemote motor controls related equipment drivers such as variable frequency drives Operate using an energy building management automation system Paints patches drywall appropriate Repairs property owned furniture glue clamps Maintains repairs physical condition electrical mechanical facility shop spaces Required Certifications EPA 608 Universal Certification Preferred Experience And Certifications Associates Degree in Engineering Engineering Technology Electrical HVAC related field OSHA 10 Weekly Fire Pump Test Certificate preferred
