Job Description

The Jill Biggs Group seeks a dedicated Marketing Leader to spearhead marketing initiatives.

This in-person position, based in vibrant downtown Hoboken, New Jersey, offers the opportunity to grow with one of the largest and fastest-growing real estate teams in the state.

Owning all aspects of JBG's marketing, this role will execute campaigns and strategies that drive growth and expansion. As the team grows, so does scope, budget, and team size.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategy
Oversee social media presence, video production, and streaming
Develop localized content and PR strategies
Manage for-sale property marketing
Lead demand gen campaigns across social media, websites, and email marketing
Organize client and community events
Design and create physical marketing materials as needed

Requirements:

Substantial experience in related fields, preferably in real estate or housing
Strong creative orientation with exceptional design and writing skills
Digital marketing expertise, including social media, paid campaigns, SEO, and website management
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
New Jersey real estate license is an asset but not required
