That's why we're looking for a detail oriented administrative professional to join our Real Estate Practice Group to provide comprehensive support to Attorneys, LAAs, and other legal staff.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for...

    • Assisting closing team with preparation of closing documents and delivery of electronic and physical closing binders
    • Assisting rate cap team with preparation and distribution of rate cap related documents
    • Monitoring various eRooms for incoming documentation; uploading relevant documents and maintaining in various electronic platforms and hard-copy files
    • Preparing correspondence, legal documents, forms, presentations, and the like using intermediate to advanced word processing and technology skills
    • Effectively proofreading and editing documentation for grammatical and typographical errors; providing detailed review of client related closing documentation to include required signatures
    • Following-up with internal and external parties to ensure timely collection of all required signatures on various transaction documents, title policies, and recorded documents for closed transactions
    • Conducting research and data analysis on historical transaction data
    • Assisting staff with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, document production, bar-coding files, time entry, expense reimbursements, meeting logistics, etc.

    The successful candidate will demonstrate...

    • A minimum of 1-2 years of prior relevant office/administrative experience; prior experience working within a real estate or finance practice area is preferred.
    • Ability to effectively utilize various applications and software, including document management systems, databases, and eRooms.
    • Proficient level skills working in Microsoft Word and Outlook; working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to properly prioritize workload and multi-task effectively.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively interact with internal and external clients, colleagues, and vendors daily
    • Ability to assist with and/or manage heavy document production and task management
