    ResponsibilitiesThe IT Infrastructure Manager supports the business in day to day operations, as well as facilitates
    business changesThe primary responsibility of this position is to develop, maintain, and continuously improve and
    support internal IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networksIT Infrastructure Manager will be providing expert infrastructure oversight, ensuring successful
    delivery and performance of IT services for the organizationRequired to work onsite, this is not a remote positionTroubleshoot, support, design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN)Troubleshoot, support and maintain switches, firewalls and all network equipmentTroubleshoot, support, configure and install software on serversMonitor network and servers performanceRemediate all levels of support, act as escalation pointMaintain all NW and Server documentationMaintain Vendor Support contractsCybersecurity liaison between organization and Cybersecurity Vendor(s)Data backup and recoveryResearch and identify the most appropriate options for the delivery infrastructure
    Design the architecture of the required infrastructure solutionManage the deployment, maintenance and upgrade paths of the infrastructureIdentify, deploy and maintain appropriate connectivity optionsMaintain and test Business Continuity plans and systemsContribute to the overall quality of service delivered to internal users and clientsSupport the Application Support team in dealing with critical incidentsAssists as needed with any IT related projectsequests as determined by IT ManagementContribute to the roadmap for the development of the infrastructure that is appropriate for the
