    The selected candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
    On behalf of the Director of Nursing, provides for the continuity of nursing services in the development, implementation and evaluation of quality nursing care to residents and familiesWill serve as the on-site administrative person for the facility and oversee staff to promote patient and staff safetyDemonstrates the organization's commitment to sound ethical business practices as directed by the Corporate Compliance Office and approved by the Board of TrusteesDemonstrate SPHP's Standards of Behavior and Core Values

    Minimum Requirements:
    Valid NYS RN licenseAssociate's degree in nursingCurrent CPR and BLS or achieve with onsite training1+ yr of experience as a RN

    Preferred Requirements:1+ yr of experience in a leadership role overseeing staff1 + yr of experience in a Skilled Nursing FacilityMDS experienceBachelor's degree in nursingHighest level of customer service while completing day to day duties and responsibilitiesExcellent communication in a fast pace work environment across teams on different shiftsStrong engagement within a team settingLeadership and mentorship skills overseeing RNs, LPNs and C.N.

    $ $55.40Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
