00 * Paid out quarterly over the first year in $2500 incrementsGreentree Manor is a 90-bed, family-owned skilled nursing facility in Waterford, Connecticut. We are currently hiring Registered Nurse Supervisors and have Full Time, Per Diem, and Baylor positions available.

Come join our TeamRN Supervisor Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse supervisor will oversee day-to-day nursing activities in the facility, including developing work assignments, ensuring sufficient staffing and maintaining good working rapport

RN Supervisor Responsibilities:
Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.

Ensure that direct nursing care is provided by a licensed nurse, a certified nursing assistant, and/or a nurse aide trainee qualified to perform the procedureEnsure that all RNs and LPNs on your shift comply with written procedures for the administration, storage, and control of medications and supplies.

Provide leadership training that includes the administrative and supervisory principles essential for your Charge Nurses.
Ensure that nursing service personnel follow established infection control procedures when isolation precautions become necessary.

Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university and be a graduate of a Connecticut approved RN program.

Be able to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner.

Be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 40 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 4 feet.
