- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime
- Lead and supervise maintenance assistant.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any issues or potential problems
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services
- Manage the budget for maintenance activities, ensuring costeffective solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain documentation such as schematics, manuals, and operating procedures
- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting complex issues
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in engineering technology
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor projects
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Solid knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures
- Experience in facilities management including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, etc.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to join our team. As the Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of our facilities and equipment. You will be responsible for the overall upkeep of the hotel per brand standards and management company SOP's. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel maintenance. Including electronic door locks, pool maintenance and PTAC units.
