    Job Overview:

    Seeking Avionics Technician, you will play a vital role in the maintenance and repair of aircraft electronic systems. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of aircraft, utilizing your expertise in avionic systems and equipment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Avionics Maintenance: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair avionics equipment and electrical systems on various aircraft models.
    • Communication: Collaborate with department managers and crew chiefs, providing clear and concise updates on problems and repair progress.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with aviation regulations, including FARs 43, 91, 135, and 145, maintaining the highest safety standards.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records in accordance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and FAA regulations.
    • Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment, offering support to colleagues and mentoring junior technicians.
    • Work Area Management: Keep the work area organized, clean, and efficient to optimize productivity.
    • Equipment Calibration: Perform repairs and calibration of shop equipment as assigned.

    Requirements:

    1. Experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience in avionics systems with a solid understanding of various aircraft models.
    2. Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in troubleshooting and repairing autopilots, FMS, Navigation, Communication, and EFIS systems.
    3. Safety Focus: Commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards in all avionics maintenance activities.
    4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
