Your Role:
Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going wellWork as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanlinessKeep work cart orderly and properly stockedProper utilization of equipment supplies and guest amenitiesThorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areasDaily changing and inspection of linens and towels, following the standards set forth in the Green ProgramPractice safety standards and be aware of safety hazards, (i.e. broken glass, frayed electrical cords, leaks, broken locks, and suspicious persons) and properly reporting as foundRespect for guests' property should always be exercisedResponsible care of equipmentReports to work on time and according to posted schedule, to maintain accurate time records and follows proper standards for issuance of roomsRemain alert, courteous, and helpful to the guests and co-workers alwaysPerform other related duties as requested by Floor Supervisor QualificationsExperience preferred but not required.

Able to move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 lbs., and heavier lifting or movement tasks with assistance; able to push, pull without assistance pull up to 200 lbs.

Cleans and sanitizes work space in a timely manner.

Works together well with the hotel teams Ability to continuously stand for prolonged periods, up to entire shift; with frequent and repeated lifting, bending, stooping, and extending arms, to perform essential job functions.

SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS:
The hotel functions seven (7) days a week and twenty-four (24) hours per day.

Due to the seasonal nature and business hours of a hotel, candidates must realize it may be necessary to move an employee from their accustomed shift as business demands.

Additionally, it may be required to assist other positions in department as needed or as directed by immediate supervisor.
