    Position Overview: As a BDC Representative, you will be a point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and assistance. You will be responsible for handling incoming service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service process. Your ability to communicate effectively, build rapport with customers, and pay attention to detail will be key to your success in this role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound service inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
    • Engage with customers, gather their information, and determine their needs and preferences.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments for services
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and follow-up communication in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
    • Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certification is a plus.
    • Previous experience in customer service
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to effectively manage customer information.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
    • Flexibility to work evenings and holidays as needed
    • Must be able to work 1-2 Saturdays a Month
