- Implement automation solutions based on Rockwell Automation's platform
- Support customers as an embedded engineer acting as an extension of their maintenance or engineering department
- Develop the controls design package
- Perform AC and DC Drive start-ups
- Develop & deliver training curriculum to our customers
- Perform plant floor audits
- Deliver high quality automation solutions to our customers
- Maintain a high level of industry and application knowledge to provide credibility to customers
- Maintain a high level of knowledge on automation technology
- Work closely with the sales team/Automation Specialist on the pursuit of an opportunity
- Communicate project status to the customer, sales team, and SBU Manager for all activities engaged in
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Five + years of experience in delivering automation solutions to customers (Rockwell Automation controllers & HMI's at a minimum, Drives, Motion Control, Networking or Safety preferred
- A strong technical background is required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in all common Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.)
