    Job Description:

    • Review medical records and assign accurate codes for diagnoses and procedures
    • Assign and sequence codes accurately based on medical record documentation
    • Abstract and enter the coded data for hospital statistical reporting requirements


    The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of coding experience in a hospital or consulting role with proficiency in Same Day Surgery, Observation, Injections/Infusions Coding specialties. Additionally they should have expertise with Cerner/3M software systems.
