The Implementation Specialist role at Innovative Solutions Inc. involves implementing the AcuStaf staffing and scheduling solution to meet clients' specific needs. This includes performing business process analysis, consultation, design, and training. The position requires documentation of customer requirements and configuration of applications to align with customer-specific business processes. The specialist will also interact with customers during the design and deployment of solutions, in addition to managing client relationships and facilitating training sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Configuring, testing, and deploying enterprise applications and business processes for clients.
- Coordinating with clients to identify project resources and manage schedules efficiently.
- Preparing and implementing solutions after gaining client consensus.
- Translating clients' business requirements into application configurations and maintaining system documentation.
- Providing training, updating documents, and facilitating onsite and virtual training sessions.
- Supporting clients post-implementation to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
- Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget while tracking key performance indicators.
- Promoting company capabilities, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving business growth.
- Participating in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional teams.
- Conducting educational sessions on the AcuStaf platform and serving as a resource to team members.
- Handling special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of Software as a Service implementation experience.
- Experience in project management and risk analysis.
- Proficiency in business analysis, requirements definition, integrations, and data flows.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated.
- 1+ years of Labor Management experience preferred.
- Consulting experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Zendesk is a plus.
- Understanding of scheduling, time and attendance, and credentialing software.
- Knowledge of payroll processing.
- Job-specific requirements include working on a computer for extended periods and frequent communication via telephone, email, and chat.
