- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in process improvement, process re-engineering, or a similar role, preferably in a large, complex organization
- Strong proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools such as Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Lean Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale projects and cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and influencing senior management
- Prior experience at Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA)

cBEYONData is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Process Re-engineering SME to join our team in support of a major modernization effortThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and eliminating inefficiencies in current business processes and developing streamlined, end-to-end solutions that enhance operational effectiveness, reduce costs, and align with the organization's strategic goals
Responsibilities:
Process Analysis & Redesign:
Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks
Redesign processes to improve speed, quality, cost, and service metrics.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs and strategic objectives
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive understanding and support for new processes.
Project Management:
Lead cross-functional project teams through the planning, execution, and implementation stages of process redesign initiatives
Manage timelines, resources, and risks to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Technology Integration:
Collaborate with IT specialists to ensure that technological solutions are effectively integrated into new processes
Advocate for the adoption of new technologies that can automate and enhance business operations.
Change Management:
Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes across the organization
Ensure that all levels of the organization are engaged and prepared for process changes.
Performance Metrics:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of redesigned processes
Adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed performance targets.
Best Practices:
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in process re-engineering and modernization
Introduce innovative ideas and solutions that can further enhance operational efficiency
