    An international general contractor is currently looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their facility in the Indianapolis, IN area. They specialize in industrial construction such as automotive parts manufacturing factories and chemical manufacturing plants. This is a full-time and direct-hire role with 50% of travel around Indiana.

    Constriction Project Manager Responsibilities:

    • Manage the industrial construction projects
    • Oversee and coordinate the construction field activities on the job sites
    • Work with and direct all the field workers (subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, etc.)
    • Maintain the project schedules and solve issues and problems as needed
    • Make sure that all the safety policy and contract conditions are adhered through trainings and meetings
    • Order materials and coordinate inspections as needed
    • Assist the Project Manager with all the necessary duty
    • Prepare and keep documents and logs
    • Other duties as assigned

    Constriction Project Manager Requirements:

    • Years of experience in general contracting and project management
    • With standard concepts and practices in the construction field
    • Communication skill (verbally and written)
    • Organizational skill
    • knowledge related to the construction field activities
    • position will not support visa sponsorship or relocation expenses. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
