    Job Description


    This role will be part of the EWM Product team, as a SAP EWM Agile Delivery Lead, you will be a key player in steering the successful implementation of SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions using Agile methodologies.

    You will lead cross-functional teams, cultivate Agile practices, and ensure the timely delivery of projects. This role requires a combination of SAP EWM expertise, project management skills, and a dedication to Agile principles.

    Key responsibilities include:

    Project Leadership:
    Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and closure of SAP EWM projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

    Collaborate with partners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.


    Agile Methodology:
    Drive Agile practices and principles within the project team.

    Conduct Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.


    SAP EWM Expertise:
    Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management systems.

    Collaborate with SAP EWM specialists to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.


    Team Management:
    Lead project resources efoptimallyincluding task allocation and performance monitoring.

    Champion a collaborative and agile approach within the team, promoting continuous improvement.


    Collaborator Engagement:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.

    Communicate project progress, risks, and issues in a clear and timely manner.


    WHO YOU ARE
    Foundation in Information Technology, engineering related field preferred

    Advanced experience in implementing Supply Chain solutions, ideally with focus on Logistics Systems implementations or information technology related field.

    Understanding/experience

    working in an agile development methodology.

    Professional interpersonal skills expected both oral and written.

    Ability to translate technical needs and successes of the pod to stakeholders.

    Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business.

    Initiative and ability to work through issues encouraged.

    Organizational skills with ability to plan and complete tasks in priority order.

    Relevant experience in a role on a software implementation project is advantageous.

    Strong EWM Configuration skills Consumer Products Industry experience desired.

    A sound knowledge of SAP (ECC/S4Hana) IM & WM HU processes including configuration, table maintenance and idoc segment structure.

    Travel approximately 25%
