    Plastic Surgeon Opportunity in New York
    • Hand Surgery Training PreferredLocated in Rochester, NYFull time, permanent positionWe are currently seeking a board certified or board eligible Plastic Surgeon to join our growing practice at Hospital in Rochester, NY.
    This is a unique opportunity to build a full-scope plastic surgery practice with the support of a large, integrated healthcare system. While a fellowship in Hand Surgery is preferred, it is not required.


    Scope:
    Full-time role with a blend of inpatient and outpatient responsibilitiesOutpatient procedures performed in an Ambulatory Surgery CenterCollaborate with Vascular, General, and Breast Surgery teamsStrong referral network from a large employed primary care baseWide case mix, including Reconstructive, Cosmetic, and optional Hand proceduresOpportunity to build a high-volume practice serving the Western New York regionLeadership opportunities and participation in system-level initiativesPerks:Competitive salary guarantee with productivity-based incentivesPaid malpractice insurance with full tail coverageDefined Benefit Pension Plan, plus 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plansGenerous relocation assistancePSLF-eligible employer (501c3)
