    The Role

    This position is based in a quarry environment, requiring applicants to be able to work safely in all types of weather conditions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate haul trucks to transport shot rock from the pit to the crusher and product to designated stockpiles.
    • Perform daily pre-and post-inspections, documenting findings in compliance with company policies.
    • Maintain and perform servicing tasks on equipment as trained and directed by management.
    • Effective communication skills are essential for this role.
    • Operate equipment with a high degree of proficiency, skill, and competency.
    • Check vehicles for proper safety equipment.
    • Report any vehicle/equipment defects to supervisors.
    • Adhere to MSHA regulations and strive for zero accidents, aligning with Brox Industries' safety goal.

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • A valid driver's license.
    • Willingness to work overtime and extended hours as required.
    • Previous experience operating both rigid frame haul trucks and/or articulating haul trucks.
