    Job Summary:

    Supports execution of marketing and communication plans. Assists internal clients with marketing and communication deliverables, such as digital requests, social media management, internal communication, collateral and participation and planning of events. Provides support to service lines and leadership in developing and implementing well-written, timely management of publications, collateral and other mediums.

    Job Requirements:

    Education and Work Experience:

    • Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
    • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
    • Three years' marketing and communications experience: Preferred
    • Three years' experience in a healthcare setting: Preferred

    Essential Functions:

    • Provides support to the marketing and communication managers to fulfill strategic plans and initiatives to support new and existing service lines through the development, execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing and communication plans.
    • Maintains appropriate brand standards. Interfaces with internal and external resources, including outside vendors, for implementation of various projects to support all marketing and communication activities. Ensures all projects are delivered on time and within budget with excellent communication to clients. Consistently looks for ways to improve results, maximize productivity and reduce costs.
    • Provides support in the maintenance of internal and external websites, social media, signage and digital properties.
    • Supports execution in cascading organizational messaging. Identifies, crafts and distributes stories and messages through internal and external publications.
    • Attends and participates in internal and external community events.
    • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
