    We're Hiring: Painter/Drywaller at Pacific West Construction and Maintenance

    Pacific West Construction and Maintenance is looking to add a skilled Painter/Drywaller to our team. Join us in providing top-notch repairs and maintenance services for both apartment buildings and residential homes across the greater Seattle area.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform a variety of drywall and painting tasks in both vacant and occupied properties.

    Skills & Requirements:

    • Minimum of 1 year experience in the field.
    • Knowledge of appropriate paint materials and tools.
    • Expertise in hanging drywall, applying patches, and texturing surfaces.
    • Proficient in painting techniques using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
    • Ability to prep, mask, and ensure a tidy job site post-work.
    • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
    • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check.
