- Degree in Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related field
- Secret clearance required.
- Willingness to dig in and develop new skills in cybersecurity of OT systems to support our sponsors' challenges
- Familiarity with cybersecurity fundamentals in combined IT (Information Technology) and OT (Operational Technology) environments
- Experience and demonstrated proficiency using industry standard frameworks and concepts including MITRE ATT&CK and NIST CSF Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with cybersecurity fundamentals in combined IT (Information Technology) and OT (Operational Technology) environments
- Exposure to unique operational and cybersecurity challenges and characteristics of OT environments
- Ability to self-organize and determine effective steps to approach and overcome complex technical cybersecurity challenges within OT environments
- Solid understanding and exposure to IT system administration fundamentals (Windows and Linux)
- Experience with common network analysis tools including Wireshark, Zeek, Snort, Suricata
- Demonstrated success developing tooling with common scripting languages such Lua, python, bash

The Critical Infrastructure Assessments, Analytics, and Resiliency department is looking to hire a junior Cyber Analytics Engineer with strong research skills, and an interest in learning how to employ their skills to help protect our nation's critical infrastructure
Job Description:
The Cyber Analytics Engineer role is focused on understanding how adverse cyber capabilities can lead to undesired impacts against our nation's critical infrastructure
This understand will form the basis for developing new strategies and technical means to detect and protect against these threats
The Cyber Analytics Engineer will translate best available cyber threat intelligence into actionable capabilities to enable cyber defenders in their mission to protect critical infrastructure
