    Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our hospital as a Janitor Cleaner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of hospital rooms following patient discharge, ensuring a safe and welcoming environments for all patients and staff.

    Job Responsibilities:

    · Provides quality customer service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail.

    · Sweeps, scrubs, mops, and polishes floors.

    · Vacuums carpets, rugs, and draperies.

    · Shampoos carpets, rugs, and upholstery.

    · Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings.

    · Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.

    · Empties and cleans trash containers.

    · Disposes of trash in a sanitary manner.

    · Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.

    · Wipes down glass surfaces.

    · Makes up beds and changes linens as required.

    · Realigns furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout.

    · Responds to guest queries and requests.

    · Responds to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses.

    · Contributes to team efforts; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others.

    · Performs other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    · Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services preferred.

    · Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

    · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    · Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

    · Physical stamina and mobility to handle heavy cleaning tasks and equipment.

    Work Environment/Shift:

    · Hospital Environment

    · 12pm – 8:30pm

    Benefits/Compensation:

    · Pay $15.50/hr
