    Tax Manager Position Overview:
    We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tax planning, compliance, and consulting services to our clients, ensuring that all filing requirements are met in a timely and accurate fashion.

    They will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective tax strategies that maximize savings and optimize client portfolios.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Provide tax planning, compliance services, and consulting to clients.
    Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns.
    Identify and implement tax savings strategies.
    Provide guidance and advice on tax-related matters.
    Resolve complex tax issues.
    Manage and review tax projects.
    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all applicable tax laws.
    Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in tax law.
    Prepare and file tax forms and documents in a timely manner.
    Provide support and advice to clients.
    Assist in the preparation of tax audit materials.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.5+ years of tax experience.
    CPA certification preferred.
    Proficient in Partnership Tax, S-Corp, and HNW Returns.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Proficiency with computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
    Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
