Qualifications: Advanced degree medicine infectious disease public health Epidemiology Health Systems veterinary medicine animal health related field. 5-7 years progressive experience outbreak prevention/response community health systems LMIC settings ideally Haiti Caribbean demonstrated experience strengthening multi-sectoral coordination CBS/EWS health promotion/Evidence-based communications national hands-on experience working CHWs departmental health teams Experience collaborating MSPP CDC USG similar PEPFAR PMI multilateral infectious disease epidemic control programs Verbal written professional proficiency English French
