Duties
- Monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes./li/Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming./li/Administer medications while maintaining accurate documentation./li/Provide specialized care for residents with conditions such as Alzheimer's,/p/dementia,/p,and other disabilities./li/Follow care plans and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide the best care and resident outcome.
