The Site Manager oversees a number of customer accounts including activities of employees engaged in cleaning and mandating premises of office buildings or other commercial or Medical buildings The essential functions include but are not limited to the following Daily operations ensuring all company standards and key performance indicators KPIs are metStrategic Account DevelopmentBudget and financial complianceOversee and manage site management project teams and site personnelPerform necessary administrative tasksPerform routine facility inspectionsDrive site safety policyInterview hire and train new employeesResolve and responds to employee and customer issuesPurchase issue&order necessary supplies
&equipmentEnsure that all equipment is in good operating conditionAssign tasks to workersand inspect completed work for conformance to standardsOverseeand follow up on safety requirements with new employeesincluding site specific trainingRecordemployees hours workedor supervise the time keepingPerforms the duties of workers you supervise if neededResponsible for siteninspectionsandin send customersup dated monthly reports on the condition of the buildings
