    Memphis, TNSalary $80,000 - $105,000 + Bonus + Benefits in the Memphis, TN areaThis manufacturer is looking for a talented Human Resources Manager who will manage the employment lifecycle for the Memphis plant & warehouse.

    Your experience will need to include involvement in the complete employee lifecycle process, recruiting, employee engagement & relations. You ll be supporting employees and management interactions.

    Your goals will be to streamline and administer the existing recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations programs.

    You ll need to be organized, have excellent time management & customer service skills as you ll work with everyone at the Memphis plant.


    Your basic responsibilities include:


    Manage the hiring process of the recruiting & staffing needs for the full employee lifecycle, from posting jobs to interviewing, exit interviews, and succession planningWorking with management regarding employee hiring & training, performance review, disciplinary processes, and coachingMange the HR departmental budgetWill handle Safety for the facilityWill be handling all of the Environmental / EPA for the plantCollaborate with community groups to increase employee engagement, provide health & wellness activities & info, community outreach projectsWork with governmental agencies for audits, compliance reviews & other reports as required.

    Minimum requirements for this Human Resources & EHS Manager:
    BS degree, preferably in HR, Management, or BusinessAt least 5 years
    experience in human resourcesAny experience in Safety would be ideal.

    Would prefer someone to have EPA / Environmental experienceExcellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and administrative skillsProficient with MS Office Suite including PowerPoint.
