We are looking for a Customer Experience Intern, Product Support. Our ideal hire will be passionate about Customer Experience. The Customer Experience Product Support team within SharkNinja drives the creation, management, and improvement of effortless service experiences globally.Responsibilities
- Deliver post engagement follow-ups to consumers with the goal of enhancing positive customer relationships,
including personalized emails or handwritten notes,
in alignment with brand voice and guidelines - Review consumer cases,
- Partner with CX team members and internal stakeholders to share insights and continuously improve consumer experience moments,
