    Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented FMV Tradecraft and Program Development Analyst to join our team in McLean, Virginia This is an onsite position.

    This work requires staff that are highly experienced in developing and sustaining motion GEOINT tradecraft and program development that enhance operational motion GEOINT analysis effectiveness and efficiency.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Serve as Subject Matter Experts within the customer organization and provide guidance and strategic-level support to Branch and Operations Chiefs within the Division.
    • Provide advice to leadership on processes, procedures, technology, and items of interest, identifying, and optimizing operation efficiencies.
    • Maintain and intimate knowledge of Motion GEOINT standards and procedures within the organization and working knowledge of tradecraft throughout the Intelligence Community.
    • Create and maintain standard operation procedures (SOP) for FMV and SAR/MTI operations as approved by leadership.
    • Serve as liaisons with the Development officers to recommend improvements, fixes, and advances in Motion GEOINT collection hardware and software.
    • The FMV Tradecraft and Program Development Analyst shall be able to serves as the subject matter expert for FMV analysis and provides strategic level support in establishing tradecraft, processes, and optimizing operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
    • Apply knowledge of hardware and software solutions to advanced problems that arise within the organization as new requirements are levied by the mission.
    • This position is typically standard M-F work week; however, may be required to assist in real-time 24/7/365 support in a shift work environment based on requirements.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Minimum 10 years of combined work experience (professional/military) and education (AA, BA/BS, MA/MS, etc.).

    Desired Qualifications:

    • At least three years of experience within Branch or similar operational environment.
    • Working knowledge of computer programs, scripting languages, and hardware architecture and the ability to communicate analytical requirements to software and hardware engineers.

    Clearance Requirements:

    • Must have a TS/SCI with the ability to obtain polygraph.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
    • Must be able to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment.
