    Adecco staffing is recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator in Devens This is a temp to hire opportunity on 1st shift.


    SCHEDULE:
    Monday-Friday, 1st shift/business hours


    PAY RANGE:
    $24-$28/hr DOE

    Job Summary:
    As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and leading the inventory, warehousing, and logistics processes.

    It will be exciting for you to lead the site in finalizing the warehouse layout and material flows within the building and outside.


    Job Duties/Responsibilities:
    1.

    Learning and Assisting in the implementation of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, Microsoft Dynamics AX system.
    2.

    Determining, developing, and implementing our warehouse:
    a.

    Inventory locations for all raw materials and finished goods.
    b.

    Cycle counting process
    c.

    Hiring needs for the upcoming Go Live in Production
    d.

    Streamline shipping practices and customs activities
    3.

    Work with colleagues internationally to understand current best practices within the group.
    4.

    Learning the company culture and establishing your role and balance within the team.
    5.

    Getting to know colleagues and building lasting business partnership stateside and across the pond.
    6.

    Ability to lift up to 33 lbs.
    7.

    Generate UPS/FedEx or Freight shipping documents as required on pick ticket and by freight company.


    REQUIREMENTS:
    Proficient in Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

    Functional knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Microsoft Dynamics AX experience a plus.

    2+ years with Logistics Coordinator/Shipment Scheduling and Warehouse experience required

    Pay Details:
    $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
