    My client is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal for their Minneapolis office. This is a nationally recognized firm with multiple offices across the country.     Background

    • 5 years of experience as a trust and estate planning paralegal.
    • Prepare probate filings including petitions for probate, inventories, and tax returns.
    • Trust administration duties including expenses, distributions and filing returns.
    • Ability to draft basic estate planning and trust-related documents.
    • Bachelor's degree is required, Paralegal Certificate is a plus.
