Job summary
This position supports insurance agents and clients in various ways including providing customer service via phone or email , processing policy applications , coordinating underwriting requirements , assisting with workflow of applications for life products annuities contract changes policy billing and initial downstream accounting entries related to new business process .
- The ideal candidate should have 2 or more years of customer service experience
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively
- Strong written verbal communication skills required
