The Front Desk Clerk with CFC Properties is the first point of contact and is responsible for a // nswering the phone, responding to questions and greeting visitors and guests.
Responsibilities

Part Time Schedule:
Friday/Saturday: 8am - 6pm
20 hours per week
Greet guests and patrons as they arrive Handle guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately Take reservations, confirm and process payments Receive and relay incoming, outgoing and internal phone calls Refers messages to appropriate party Process incoming and outgoing mail Manage accurate accounting of all rooms Answer queries regarding the Inn's services and amenities and local happenings
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and Adobe PDF
Hospitality experience preferred
Knowledge of local area preferred
Physical Requirements:
Works under general office environmental conditions
Sitting for extended periods of time, utilizes close visual acuity for working with computers, equipment
Able to lift 20 pounds occasionally
