Job summary
The Clinical Pharmacy Technician will support clinical pharmacists and work closely with other members of the JHIS interdisciplinary team (nursing, pharmacy, dietitians, fulfillment and dispatch) to assure the needs of our patients and team are met in a safe,accurate and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Communicating directly with patients,supporting essential tasks that result in safe and quality care for patients who receive intravenous medications or nutrition therapy at home.
- Assure that patients have the supplies,DME,
flush solution required to infuse their medications.
