Job Summary

Weevu is a live, on-demand, location-based streaming platform that connects viewers to real-time perspectives from around the world. We operate at the intersection of live video, payments, and trust-driven interaction.

At Weevu customer experience is a core operating and product function when something goes wrong with payments disputes safety issues or high-risk content CX is where trust lives or dies.

This role will own the customer experience when things go wrong personally handling complex cases involving payments refunds disputes Trust and Safety issues and edge scenarios as well as defining escalation criteria resolution standards and decision frameworks for when things go wrong.
